Placing an order with kinvid is easy! Simply browse our collection of tables and chairs, add your selected products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll be able to choose your payment method and shipping options before confirming your purchase.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through PayPal. Payments are processed securely through our trusted payment gateway.

4. Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, kinvid only ships within the United States.

5. How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Depending on your location, transit can take anywhere from 5 to 7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

6. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, kinvid offers free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.

7. What is your return policy?

We offer a hassle-free 60-day return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund. Simply contact our customer support team for instructions. Please note that the product must be in its original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.

9. Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes or cancellations before the order is processed and shipped. After shipment, we will be unable to modify or cancel your order.

We take great care in packing your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll help arrange a replacement or refund.

11. Do you offer gift cards?
